2. The free fibers in the mesh fabric are broken, falling off, etc.

3. The decay of the mesh fabric after acid-base, chemical washing and other reactions

4. Losses in the dyeing process of mesh cloth: including removing seams and making cylinder samples.

5. The resurgence of mesh grey cloth

6. Additives. Adsorption of dyes in fabrics, etc.

According to the conventional summary: the conventional loss rate in the dyeing part is as follows:

1. Knitted mesh fabric cotton loss: bleaching 7-10%, light color 7-9%, medium dark color 6-9%

2. Polyester-cotton mesh cloth: bleached 7-9%, light color 6-8%, medium dark color 5-8%

3. Polyester mesh cloth: 4-6% If the fat in the raw material exceeds the standard, the loss will be greater
